This note is for families who request a caregiver match on our site. It is written in plain language, not as a substitute for legal advice.
Who we are
The BigAuntie Omugwo and Babysitting Services Ltd. provides Omugwo care, babysitting, nanny placement and corporate crèche support in Lagos and Abuja. You can reach us at thebigaunties@gmail.com or +234 807 051 8350.
What we collect
When you submit a match request we collect your name, phone number, email, the service you need, location, full address, how you prefer to be contacted, and any extra details you share (for example duration, live-in or live-out, crèche site, or number of children).
How we use it
We use this information to review your request, match you with a suitable caregiver, and contact you within about 24 hours. We do not sell your details. Access is limited to the operations team who handle matching and follow-up.
Keeping it
We keep requests for as long as we need them to complete matching and for ordinary business records. If you would like us to update or delete a request, email or call us and we will help.
Payments
A request on this site is a lead, not a confirmed paid booking. If you later pay a deposit, card details are handled by Paystack — we do not store your full card number.
